Position Requirements Include:

• High School or Equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and interpret written material
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Ability to communicate orally and in written form
• Ability to use general office equipment, including a computer
• The ability to sit at a workstation for a long duration using a computer and headset in a call center environment
