Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Residential Property Staff Appraiser in Kings County.

Must be able to:

  • Perform valuations of residential property types
  • Develop meaningful, supported, and accurate value opinions on all appraisals assignments
  • Solve complex appraisal problems using recognized appraisal methodology

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to perform site appraisals
  • 5+ years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
  • Strong understanding of appraisal practices and methodology
  • Strong technology skills to demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
  • Ability to demonstrate geographic competency
