Job Summary
A real estate services provider is seeking a Telecommute Residential Real Estate Instructional Designer in Madison.
Must be able to:
- Develop newly designed learning solutions
- Create training evaluation tools to measure results
- Manage and consult with clients setting expectations and identifying risks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically, as well as, come into the office a few times a week
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of designing and developing learning solutions; able to show examples
- Familiarity with eLearning development apps, such as Storyline, Articulate or Captivate
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills
