A pharmacy retail company is seeking a Telecommute Resolution Center Specialist in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using a computer application to log and track inquiries
- Directing complex questions and problems to more senior staff level
- Resolving routine, general questions and problems submitted by customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Training on-site for 4-8 weeks and then will move to work at home position
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic level PC skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Basic Search Engines skills
