Job Summary
A marketing company has an open position for a Telecommute Resource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Screening submitted freelancer applications
- Executing freelancer interviews to accept or deny application to network
- Resourcing teams when scopes are closed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years in HR, resource management, or production
- The ability to communicate up-to-date best practices in resource management
- A working knowledge of ethical and unbiased hiring processes
- Experience resourcing for and working with cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience with a range of HR, production and project management software
- Analytical thinker
