Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Resource Mobilization Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing the Resource Mobilization (RM) function and related activities
- Mentoring and supervising the RM team
- Developing, monitoring and adhering to the RM budget
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel internationally (approx. 6-8 weeks per year)
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role with at least 7 years within a non-profit development, gender, human rights and/or funding organization
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies in a non-profit organization
- Fully versed with the current funding landscape for women’s rights, gender equality and justice
- Excellent donor and funder management experience
