Job Summary

A provider of private mortgage lending services is in need of a Telecommute RESPA Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring compliance and law regulations are met at time of mortgage loan origination and submission
  • Escalating and reporting on deficiencies identified to brokers and management
  • Serving as a liaison between Compliance and brokers and other support teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong knowledge in “A” Paper, FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs required
  • Working knowledge of Encompass
