Job Summary
A delivery order platform for the restaurant industry has a current position open for a Telecommute Restaurant Industry Rails Delivery Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of direct reports, overseeing new-hire onboarding and providing coaching and career development planning
- Overseeing and participating in monthly deployment forecasting sessions to ensure adherence to goals and reliable projections
- Leading a team of Delivery experts for our Rails product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience as an Account/Project Manager or similar role
- 2+ years of experience managing Enterprise-level accounts
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience and expertise in utilizing various data sets and sources to generate reports
- Exceptional ability to to clearly articulate issues and propose effective solutions
