Job Summary

We are a 100% virtual company that helps jobseekers find telecommute positions. We also offer a growing resume service and would like to add the perfect resume writer to our team. As a freelance/contract resume writer, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assignments will be given on an as-needed basis to write and edit resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles using the clients' existing resume and additional information submitted via a questionnaire. Some assignments may require telephone interviews with clients.

Create original ATS compliant resumes from scratch using client-provided data

Create/edit LinkedIn profiles

Create job-specific cover letters

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service focused with a high level of attention to detail

Solid understanding of various industries and job functions

2+ years experience writing and editing resumes and LinkedIn profiles

Certification (CPRW, NCRW, ARCW) is preferred, but not required

Access to computer and internet

Expert in Microsoft Word

Excellent verbal and written communications, organization, and critical thinking skills required

Experience creating ATS compliant, visually appealing resumes

Ability to complete projects within specific deadlines
