Job Summary

A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Retail Customer Service Agent in Cleveland.

Must be able to:

  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Solve the problem efficiently
  • Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Training starts Monday April 6th
  • 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
