Job Summary
A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Retail Customer Service Agent in Cleveland.
Must be able to:
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Solve the problem efficiently
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods
Qualifications for this position include:
- Training starts Monday April 6th
- 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
