Job Summary

A specialty home products company has a current position open for a Telecommute Retail Customer Service Agent in Provo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing customer questions
  • Providing product information
  • Checking inventory

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Computer/PC/MAC with compatible OS
  • Computer USB headset with microphone
  • Minimum internet upload speed of 6 mbps and 10 mbps of download speed
