A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Retail District Manager in Miami.

Must be able to:

• Maintain compliance of all local and state regulations
• Review weekly schedules to ensure there is proper floor coverage
• Develop operational dashboards to report on performance

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel, as needed, including weekends supporting retail teams
• 7+ years of retail experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high performing team
• Strong analytical abilities and track record of data-driven decision making
• Ability to track and analyze initiatives and performance
• Must pass a 2nd level background check (state mandated)
