Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Retail District Manager in Salt Lake City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, train and develop a strong store leadership team ensuring recruitment from a diverse applicant pool
- Provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth
- Analyze district reports to identify ways to leverage opportunities to maximize sales, evaluating store sales and payroll goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel by air and overnight, as required 50% amount of time
- 10+ year's management experience in a highly complex, multi-unit retail business environment
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit results
