Job Summary

A food and beverage company is seeking a Telecommute Retail Execution Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, mentor, drive and inspire a high performing team of 8 direct reports
  • Support broker retail model by leading ongoing Rituals & Routines, ensuring Billing accuracy
  • Develop strategy and executional plans to deliver in season, conversions and future planning cycles

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a retail sales environment with experience leading retail performance
  • Experience with large scale integration and transformation programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience applying & running Change Management, Process Improvement, and Risk Management
