Job Summary
A environmental service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Retail Multi Site Development Construction Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Tracking and monitoring progress on all open transactions
- Managing project deliverables and reporting for the Client
- Engaging and managing consultants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- As needed, attend field site visits for candidate and engineering viability
- Knowledge of retail and commercial Land Development industry
- 10 years Construction Management experience in the retail and commercial Land Development industry
- 5+ years Supervisory experience
- Experience and application of PM processes and financial management
- Knowledge of construction document preparation including storm water management and site utility design
