Job Summary
A research and learning publication company is filling a position for a Telecommute Retention Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact students via phone, email and text
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt manner
- Manage accurate data entry on call center database
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a minimum of a High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Office 365
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
