Job Summary

A national specialty retailer is seeking a Telecommute Retention Marketing Assistant Manager in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with CFTs and team members to develop strategies, brief programs, and maintain cadence and calendars
  • Lead and execute retention marketing campaigns from start to end
  • Ensure creative is customer-centric, meets brand standards and achieves key business goals

Qualifications Include:

  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to implement complex digital projects
  • 3-5 years of experience working in email marketing or a similar digital marketing channel
  • Prior experience in working with an email service provider and managing a daily email campaign
  • Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, performance metrics, etc
  • Understanding of HTML and email design best practices across desktop, mobile and tablet
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis
