A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Retirement Consolidation Specialist I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
• Hold retirement planning phone consultations with clients
• Gather information through best interest interviews to understanding the participant’s situation

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or
• Equivalent experience
• Experience as a retirement plan specialist or asset consolidation specialist or
• 2 years of relevant financial services experience
• Customer service, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
