Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Retirement Financial Participant Contributions Processor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving issues with contributions by communicating with internal Client Service Managers or external clients/payroll providers
- Accurately and efficiently processing employee payroll contributions and loan payments into our proprietary system
- Striving for a high level of quality, maintaining department standards of productivity and quality
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to make quick and accurate assessments of complex situations
- Ability to work independently as a self-motivated individual contributor
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
