A financial company has a current position open for a Telecommute Retirement Operations Service Specialist in St Louis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical, processing, sales tools and resource assistance for use with our clients and their professional advisors
- Determining the questions to ask, resources to use, rules and regulations to apply, and solutions to propose
- Influencing branch activities by suggesting best practices or identifying process inefficiencies.
