Job Summary
A financial company has a current position open for a Telecommute Retirement Services Education Consultant Team Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Supervise a team of Education Consultants for a large governmental retirement plan
- Collaborate with the plan sponsor’s Education and Outreach team members
- Maintain compliance with all firm and FINRA regulatory requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel within the State of Washington
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience working as either an Education Consultant or Supervisor
- Leadership competencies that communicate corporate vison as well as tactical objectives
- FINRA Licenses Series, 6, 63 and 24 as well as Washington Life insurance license
- Strong supervisory background that includes coaching and training
- Competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
