Job Summary

A retirement, investment, and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Retirement Services Implementation Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through best practice research and fact-finding
  • Developing or modifying processes to resolve moderate to complex business issues
  • Supporting design, build and test planning phases in Omni for medium to large scope enhancements and projects

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field
  • 3-5 years of Omni experience
  • Proven communication and problem solving skills
  • Proven technical proficiency and desktop computing skills
  • Able to multi-task and possess the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary
  • Detail oriented
