Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Retrieval Process Production Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and updating associate and productivity metrics information for leadership
- Applying technical expertise in solving complex problems
- Identifying training needs for team members and conducting new hire training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 25% overnight and 25% within in market to train new hires at the new hires location
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc
- Previous experience with coordinating and leading projects and tasks
- Demonstrated capability with coaching and developing associates formally and informally
