Job Summary
A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Rev Cycle Ops Self Pay Call Center Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with self-pay account receivable cycle
- Work with patient contact centers to including appointment scheduling, customer service, early out and other functions
- Work to make a plan to deliver scalable, evolving solution to meet developing client demands
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of management/consulting experience within the healthcare delivery system interfacing with enterprise level executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with management of patient contact centers and the patient collection cycle
- Ability to make strategic, operational and administrative decisions in response to emerging conditions and environmental circumstances
- Experience building and maintaining rapport and influence with clients
