Job Summary

A digital marketing agency is seeking a Remote Revenue Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting Revenue team including contract analysis, billing, reporting, and revenue recognition
• Assisting with reviewing and approving invoices and credit/debit adjustments created by the billing analysts
• Performing month-end revenue related journal entries

Required Skills:

• BA or BS degree in Accounting
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in billing/revenue recognition
• Advanced understanding of GAAP
• Strong understanding of ASC 606
• Ability to prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
• Ability to work with customers and operations department to research and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
