Job Summary

A privately-held software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Revenue Accounting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting company's growing Finance and Accounting organization
• Reviewing Software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales contracts
• Leading the month-end revenue close by validating accruals and preparing revenue account reconciliations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business related concentration
• 3 - 4 years public accounting experience including Software and SaaS revenue recognition experience
• Ability to provide insight on the appropriate revenue recognition for large or complex contracts with customers
• Ability to draft or maintain revenue accounting memos including write-ups on large and complex deals
• Ability to review and monitor Annual Contract Value and Annual Recurring Revenue calculations
• Ability to maintain internal control documentation and assist with revenue process development
