Job Summary

A mental health services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Revenue Cycle Management Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing, correcting, and processing denied or rejected insurance and healthcare claims
  • Troubleshooting claims issues, multi-task, and prioritizing claims and correspondence responsibilities
  • Maintaining knowledge of insurance and mental health billing practices and procedures

Required Skills:

  • Experience communicating with business owners or communication in a professional setting
  • Intermediate computer knowledge including the ability to learn, search for and organize data
  • The ability to analyze and make actionable decisions from data
  • Strong written and verbal communication
