Job Summary
A healthcare organization is in need of a Telecommute Revenue Cycle Specialist I in Denver.
Must be able to:
- Ensure optimal reimbursement for hospital or provider billing
- Provide customer service, patient financial counseling, billing, timely follow-up
- Provide cash application processes, reconciling payer remittance, denial management and appeal functions for claims
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong desire to learn full-revenue cycle billing
- Excellent internal and external customer service AKA “soft skills”
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on a deadline
- Sharp verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Excel
