Job Summary
A not-for-profit Catholic network of hospitals is filling a position for a Telecommute Revenue Cycle Systems Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a virtual team of 17 geographically dispersed staff
- Optimize the use of automation and EDI across the revenue cycle
- Ensure service and operating level agreements are met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years of finance and/or revenue cycle experience in a healthcare system
- 5 or more years in a management/leadership role in a system support
- Proven executive level relationship management experience
