A social media company has an open position for a Telecommute Revenue Data Platform Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on an analytics query server with a pluggable backend
- Working on a BigQuery and DataFlow Job executor
- Working on a General Purpose data loading system that loads well defined data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Industry experience working in a distributed computing environment
- A strong passion for building tools and systems
- Proven strengths in algorithms, complex data structures, and dynamic programming
- Previous experience with cloud server environments
- An understanding of continuous integration and a strong drive toward automation
- Multi-threading, scaling, concurrency, caching, queuing, RPC, and distributed data storage
