Job Summary
A cloud contact center platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Revenue Operations Director in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the credible and trusted advisor to the sales management and the sales team
- Leading collaboration with our Finance and Legal Teams on pricing, product, and commercial terms
- Providing data and perspective to sales for new sales strategies, territories, policies and initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Proficiency in overall construct of software license, services and renewal deals
- Ability to navigate internal resources to obtain advice and guidance on deal construction
- Ability to take lead and initiative in driving operational procedures and processes
- Familiarity with CRM administration and Salesforce.com
- Remarkable intellectual curiosity to regularly challenge the status quo
