Job Summary

A reverse mortgage provider is seeking a Telecommute Reverse Mortgage Closer II.

Must be able to:

  • Verify and input loan information
  • Draw and review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate signing appointments with Loan Officer, Notary and Title

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of mortgage doc drawing and closing/funding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, payoffs and settlement statements
  • Knowledge of RESPA disclosure requirements, FHA rules and regulations
  • Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • High level of integrity and trust
  • Availability to work overtime during surges in workload
