Job Summary
A legal services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Review Solutions Queue Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising the queue to ensure the daily completion of jobs are done
- Monitoring, prioritizing, and re-prioritizing deliverables as needed
- Maintaining a sense of urgency on all work orders and internal workflow requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to work Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30pm to 10pm Pacific Standard Time
- Associate’s degree, two year certification, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years experience handling sensitive data, preferably in an electronic discovery environment
- High level of proficiency with Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven team leadership experience with great communication skills
- Must have an exceptional attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
