Job Summary

A legal services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Review Solutions Queue Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising the queue to ensure the daily completion of jobs are done
  • Monitoring, prioritizing, and re-prioritizing deliverables as needed
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency on all work orders and internal workflow requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to work Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30pm to 10pm Pacific Standard Time
  • Associate’s degree, two year certification, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years experience handling sensitive data, preferably in an electronic discovery environment
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven team leadership experience with great communication skills
  • Must have an exceptional attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
