Job Summary
Ultimate Software is seeking an RFP Solution Expert on our Strategic and Midmarket Presales Team. Qualified candidates will have an advanced knowledge of the UltiPro product.
The RFP Solution Expert authors compelling RFP (Request for Proposals) responses for our sales team in search of new business. A qualified candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a current knowledge of the Human Capital Management industry including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and Time Management.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Manage and author technical, compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and questionnaires
Research product functionality and product roadmap to accurately respond to customer requirements
Maintain and create content for the RFP Q&A Database
Maintain a thorough understanding of Ultimate Software's products and HR industry trends
Stay abreast of the HRMS competitive landscape
Required Qualifications:

Ability to breakdown the RFP requirements and develop winning themes
Ability to understand a prospect's implied criteria
Excellent written and communication skills
Self-motivated; able to work with little or no guidance
Eager to convincingly tell our story

3 years UltiPro Experience
5 years Industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Canadian HRMS needs
Familiarity with sales proposal process within software industry
PHR or FPC Certification
Bachelor's Degree
Physical Requirements:
Computer work only and some travel
Travel Requirements:
Less than 25%
