Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Risk Adjustment Coding and Education Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with clinical providers
• Assess provider coding and documentation performance
• Evaluate documentation to ensure that diagnosis coding is supported

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel 25-50% to client sites as needed
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding assignments in a professional setting
• Completion of coding certification course through AAPC/AHIMA
• 2-4 years of experience with risk adjustment
