Job Summary
An administrative healthcare network is in need of a Telecommute Risk Adjustment Operation Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing key partnerships with strategic large clients clinical teams
- Preparing presentations, reports and summaries to be distributed internally and to clients
- Handling special projects and new implementations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Minimum of three (3) years coding, HEDIS abstraction or quality experience required
- Active nursing license (Registered Nurse) or clinical experience required
- Education and Training Coding certification by AHIMA or AAPC required
- Experience managing metrics and productivity
