Job Summary
A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Risk and Payments Launch Management Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a series of projects simultaneously with varying complexity and timelines
- Work with project team members to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks
- Influence and lead efforts on behalf of Risk and Payment Operations with key cross-functional partners
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years experience in project/program management, business strategy, business operations, or consulting
- End-to-end understanding of payment processing flows/rails, roles of parties involved and types of payment methods
- Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, inspiring others, and coordinating effectively
- Experience resolving conflicts by finding the win-win scenarios, identifying tradeoffs, and setting clear priorities
- Experience controlling risk and priorities
- Time management and organizational skills
