Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Risk Management Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Business and process control owner of Risk Adjustment submission process
- Interface with CMS to meet compliance and audit requirements throughout the calendar year per CMS schedule and ad-hoc demand
- Perform data analytics as necessary to support decisions and deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of accounting, actuarial, or business degree
- Advanced level of Project management and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and processes
- Advanced Leadership skills to properly drive the program cross-functionally throughout the organization
- Advanced agility to manage and react to an evolving and dynamic reporting environment
- Expert level of data analysis leveraging SAS and Excel
- Advanced level of communication results to statkeholders leveraging PowerPoint
