Job Summary
A company offering an engagement platform for churches, ministries, and nonprofits is filling a position for a Telecommute Risk Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Learn, develop and manage daily underwriting and fraud monitoring tasks
- Develop workflow practices to increase speed and efficiency of KYC underwriting requirements
- Work with the Risk team to develop data management of KYC files
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Proficient in or ready to learn the following: Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and, Google Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
- Highly motivated and goal oriented with strong analytical skills
- Self-starter who is mature, professional, and works well independently while in a team environment
