Job Summary
An online retailer is in need of a Telecommute RME Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
- Defining the program (mission, vision, tenets), setting objectives, analyzing data and driving improvements that are quantified with metrics
- Partnering with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time to company logistics centers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or other highly quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience as a project/program manager
- 7+ years of professional work experience in program management and across planning, reporting or strategy
- Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs
- Ability to oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes
