Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute RN Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and escalating quality of care issues through established channels
  • Providing coaching and support to empower the member to make independent medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices
  • Actively reaching out and engage the patients in their care

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to attend 2-weeks of onsite training in New Albany, OH
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience as an RN
  • Active, unrestricted RN license required
  • Requires ability to document electronically using keyboard and computer screens - free form text
  • Ability to speak to medical and behavioral health professionals to influence appropriate member care
