Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency has an open position for a Telecommute RN Case Manager.

Must be able to:

• Coordinate care for patients within assigned territory
• Maintain cases for all assigned patients
• Communicate with patients, family and healthcare providers

Qualifications Include:

• Day driving to area appointments is required
• Current RN NC License
• RN's with recent case management experience in Workers’ Compensation, Home Health, Hospital, HealthPlan/Group, Disability
• Strong interpersonal skills
