A global IT consulting company has a current position open for a Telecommute RN Training Specialist in Garden City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events
- Employing rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs
- Keeping all Technical Skills updated via processing live work
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires BA/BS in related field; 5-7 years training experience, CTT+ Certification, and SLE Certification
- Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- 5 years of clinical experience and certification/license in the appropriate clinical field
- Ability to work autonomously and manage 10-15 new hires training in the flipped class room
- RN required
- Needs to have great computer skills and know word, excel, power point
