Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Roadside Customer Service Representative in Columbus.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything
  • Work with a team of service providers to connect the customer with immediate support
  • Log your interactions with customers in our tracking system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2nd shift (2pm-12am) and open weekend availability
  • Great people skills
  • Able to think quickly on your feet and find solutions
  • Computer navigation and experience emailing through Microsoft Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
