Job Summary
A roofing shingles and materials manufacturer is in need of a Telecommute Roofing Shingles and Materials Manufacturer Warranty Claims Examiner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide department support for absences, assist on special projects and general office Duties
- Handle customer issues and disputes in an effective manner with a minimum of supervision
- Provide support to Sales employees and Inspectors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Intermediate Problem Solving and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Word and G Suite products (including Gmail, Sheets and Docs)
- Intermediate Math skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
