Job Summary

An IT service management company is in need of a Telecommute RPA Lead Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Create minimum viable products and advise clients on determining the optimal business model
  • Identify the right automation tools and help plan their automation roadmap
  • Deliver projects as a developer using specific automation tools to automate client processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Relevant degree with extensive experience in business process management
  • 3+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other management methodologies
  • Ability to understand the business requirements
  • Experience in producing detailed technical design documents
  • Experience in balancing customization with supportability in client's environment
