Job Summary

An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute RPA Project Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify the right automation tools and help plan their automation roadmap
  • Create minimum viable products and advise clients on determining the optimal business model
  • Deliver projects as a developer using specific automation tools to automate client processes

Required Skills:

  • Experience working as part of Scrums teams
  • 3 or more years of experience with IBM’s DataCap and similar OCR platforms
  • Relevant degree with extensive experience in business process management
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other process management methodologies
  • Experience in balancing customization with supportability in client's environment
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills in public and private meeting forums
