Job Summary

A software consultancy and technical recruiting agency is in need of a Telecommute Ruby Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting of custom web-based applications
  • Applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle
  • Being responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of custom web-based applications

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with version control software (Git, GitHub)
  • Experience with Restful API implementations
  • Ability to develop software using Ruby / Javascript / Typescript
  • Experience building serverless applications
  • Experience configuring and managing AWS environments
  • Experience building and working in a mostly automated CI/CD pipeline
