A connected accounting platform is seeking a Telecommute Ruby on Rails Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing in Ruby, and in Ruby on Rails
• Coding in Ruby without any of Rails’ training wheels
• Coding with reason, and can justify the important decisions you made during development

Qualifications for this position include:

• Twice a year get together in a different location across Europe
• Experienced in both Ruby and Rails, and also know where the boundaries lie between them
• Some experience with Javascript, CoffeeScript
• Good knowledge and foresight of potential performance issues that might arise when working with large datasets
• 4 years of experience working with Ruby and have the scars to prove it
• Experienced with Rails
