Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Rx Pricing Analytics Operations and Process Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing overall End to End recommendation for both inputs and outputs
- Identifying and prioritizing key areas of focus, and driving strategic decision making
- Owning Pricing Tools and Process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA or equivalent degree
- 10+ years of experience in Pricing, Analytics, Operations and/or Process oriented roles
- Healthcare industry experience
- Demonstrated strategic thinking coupled with a gritty and collaborative approach
- Demonstrated performance managing people and leading a large, inclusive workforce
- Judgement to separate what’s important vs. “noise”, comfort with ambiguity
